I, Zahid Hossain Siddiqui son of late Shafat Ahmed Siddiqui and B.M. Siddiqui, date of
birth 01.01.1958, by faith- Muslim, by profession Service, having permanent address at
Village- Aughankail, Post Office- Ramgonj, Police Station- Ramgonj, District-
Lakshimipur and present address at House: 33, Road No. 04, Lane No. 01 Block: B,
Police Station: Halishahar, District: Chittagong now residing in Australia having present
address at 3/42-44, Dart Brook Road, Auburn, NSW 2144, Australia, having
Bangladeshi passport No. E-1967676 . hereby referred as principal.

Whereas we have decided for having the lawful guardianship of the child name Ms.
Fatema Maisarah Siddiqui date of birth 10.01.16 sex: Female from her biological
parents father: Md. Abdur Rahman and mother: Johura Akhter. And

Whereas I am resident of Australia and now in short trip to Bangladesh; under the
foregoing circumstances, I hereby execute this Deed of Power of Attorney in letters and
spirit to my optimum mutual benefit and to do all acts and things necessary relating to
having the lawful guardianship of the child name Ms. Fatema Maisarah Siddiqui date
of birth 10.01.16 sex: Female from her biological parents father: Md. Abdur Rahman and
mother: Johura Akther.

NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Zahid Hossain Siddiqui
son of late Shafat Ahmed Siddiqui, aged about 58 years, by faith- Muslim, by profession
Service, having permanent address at Village- Aughankail, Post Office-Ramgonj, Police
Station- Ramgonj, District- Lakshimipur and present address at House: 33, Road No. 04,
Lane No. 01 Block: B, Police Station: Halishahar, District: Chittagong, do hereby
appoint, constitute and ordain Ferdousy Akther who is my wife hereinafter referred to
as the ‘Attorney’ as my true and lawful Attorney in my place to perform all acts,
deeds, things and matters hereinafter mentioned below:

1. To obtain, having the guardianship, legal custodian, parental authority of the child
name Ms. Fatema Maisarah Siddiqui date of birth 10.01.16 sex: Female from
her biological parents father: Md. Abdur Rahman and mother: Johura Akther
and/or legal guardian or custodian with consent of her biological parents and/or
Custodian.

2. To sign, execute, endorse and present for having guardianship of the child before
the Court, Judicial Magistrate, legal proceedings for and/or instruments of

 guardianship, affidavit, passport, visa processing, birth certificate as the case may
be, of the child as well as indentures and instruments to rectify, renew, vary or
discharge all or any such affidavit agreements and instruments and to admit,
before the Court, signature and execution of every of such instruments and sign
all books, receipts, registers thereabouts and to swear affidavit before any
Magistrate, 1st class, or Registering Authority or Notary Public in connection with
any mattes as aforesaid.

3. To represent me to or before all authorities and individual including government,

Local Government, Statutory Bodies, Body Corporate and all courts and
Arbitration Authority in all matters of or relating to the protection or vindication
of my rights and concerning matters ancillary thereto and to do, execute and
perform all that acts, deeds and things towards engaging Advocates, Clerks,
Revenue Agents and Representatives for filling instituting suits, cases legal
proceedings, arbitration proceedings or any other matters and for defending my
rights in any of the like proceedings by third parties touching or concerning the
said purposes and to do and effect compromise in any such proceedings on terms
and conditions which she shall consider just and proper and to swear affidavit
before any Magistrate, first class, or Registering Authority or Notary Public in
connection with any matter or matters as aforesaid.

4. To apply and pay for tax, fees, Court fees VAT or the like, if and whenever
necessary, and to appear before any office or officers through-out Bangladesh and
to do all required acts, deeds, thing and matters in connection with the obtain
aforementioned guardianship.

that all acts, deeds, matters and things done in the best interest of the said property by the
attorney shall be construed as acts, deeds, matters and things done by me as if I have
personally done the same and I do hereby agree to ratify all such acts, deeds, matters and
things which the attorney have lawfully done in the best interest for the scheduled
property.

that the signature of the Attorney is attached by me and this power of attorney executed
by me voluntarily, shall remain legally binding on my heirs, executors, administrators,
legal representatives and assigns who might be involved in the guardianship and or
parental authority any time in future for whatever reason of might be.
