 Averaged sixteen hours a week in treatment throughout graduate program at rehabilitation to
home setting, typically treating eight to nine patients daily.
 Educated patients in compensatory technique, adaptive equipment, and implementing
interventions to increase independence and quality of life for a variety of diagnoses including
orthopedic surgeries, CVA patients, amputees, cognitive deficits and generalized weakness.
 Intervened with unfamiliar clients to match treatment planning utilizing Rehab Optima for skilled
documentation.
BEEGHLY OAKS CENTER FOR REHABILITATION AND HEALING Boardman, Ohio 1/18- 5/18
 Treated residents in subacute/long term care facility to increase and promote independence in
daily activities through rehabilitation such as strengthening activities, modalities, balance and
endurance training, and simulation tasks.

HOGAR DE ANCIANOS, DULCE REFUGIO Diriamba, Nicaragua 6/17-7/17


 Collaborated with OT Student and OTR in a geriatric setting to complete comprehensive needs

 Treated caseload in subacute rehabilitation center implementing intervention for six to eight
patients daily with diagnoses including muscle weakness, CVA, COPD, cancer, dementia, joint
replacements, arthritis, spinal cord injuries, contractures and edema.
 Treated residents utilizing strengthening exercises, activity tolerance building and balance
activities, ADL and IADL retraining.
 Trained in Physical agent modality administration for pain management and intervention.
 Completed skilled, point of service documentation utilizing Casamba.

 Exposed to a variety of mental health diagnoses and trauma cases among adolescent females with
implementation of a sensory diet and group therapy administration.
