From my point of view being a senior manager in organizations, you will face many conflicts in
business between employees or between employers and employees, so you must know how to
deal with this conflict and use the appropriate style to solve this conflict.

From my point of view the best conflict management style I will apply in conflict situation is
collaborating for many reasons.

First collaborating helps the parties of conflict to discuss and attempt to resolve the conflicts in
ways that are agreeable for all parties and the benefits back to both parties as described as a win-
to-win situation.

Second collaborating style is considered one of best elements or factors to build a good
relationship with competitors that lead to integrating solutions and emerging ideas.

Finally, in collaborating increase the team work in the company and understanding the problems
in addition to improve the self-knowledge.

In conclusion, I prefer the collaborating management style in resolving the conflict but in the
same time we must be aware when we use it.

Assimilation is considered one of the best strategies to merge different cultures, Assimilation
used in a situation when the employees of the acquired organization willingly embrace the
culture of acquiring company. And this happen when a company has a week culture that is
considered a dysfunctional, so it seeks to acquiring a company has a strong culture and focused
in values.
