AFFIDAVIT

I/we M/s BINDRA MOTORS PVT. LTD., having its Registered Office at 1553-
55, Church Road, Kashmeri Gate, Delhi – 110006 through its Authorized
Director Shri Jagmohan Bindra do hereby solemnly affirm and
declare as under : -
1.That I/we am/are the Transferor of Industrial Plot
bearing no. 67, Sector - 03, IMT MANESAR, Gurgaon,
Haryana.

2. That I/we hereby declares that I/we had never installed any
tubewell/borewell to extract groundwater at the plot premises.

3.That I/we further hereby declares that there is no


unauthorized/illegal tubewell/borewell installed
at the plot premises.
