COMPANY PROFILE

Gulf United Corporation (GUC) is the Passenger Sales Agency for Etihad Airways, the flag
carrier of the United Arab of Emirates, since 2010. GUC was established to provide sales and
marketing support to selected IATA agencies and to all non-IATA agencies within Metro
Manila, as well as in the outlying areas of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

GUC is under the umbrella of The WRCU Group of Companies, who is in the fields of
construction, remittance and airline representation. It is governed by a Board of Directors
under the chairmanship of Mr. William R. Cu Unjieng, and is led by Lucy Mae V. Cu Unjieng
as the COO. In October 2010, Gulf United Corporation was appointed as General Sales Agent
for Etihad Crystal Cargo. This division is headed by Ms. Aurora Yambot as General Manager.

The company is moving forward in achieving its goal in developing quality partnership with
the internal/external clients, exceeding the needs and expectations of our customers by
continually setting standards of excellence both personal and professional and by constant
improvement in quality of service.

WRCU Group Travel and Tour Division

Mobilair Travel Inc. (1992) is an International Air Transport Association (IATA) accredited
travel and tours agency; a member of Philippine Travel Agencies Association (PTAA) and the
Department of Tourism (DOT).

Gulf Express Corporation (1995) is a Philippine-based company previously engaged in the


business of airline representation for 16 years. GEC was the General Sales Agent for Gulf Air,
EVA Airways and Jetstar Asia. In 2008, GEC has formed a new division called Health &
Leisure, a medical tourism integrator to promote Philippine medical services and treatments
to various countries around the world.

JPeriod Travel Group (2017) is a Destination Management Company (DMC) dedicated to


providing authentic experiences in some of the world’s most exciting destinations. It is
