Horizon Trial: Application To Recuse Presiding Judge

Application to recuse presiding trial judge (the Hon Mr Justice Fraser) with immediate effect from the Bates and others v Post Office group litigation at the UK High Court. This had the effect of stopping the Horizon trial in its tracks. Introduced in court on 21 March 2019. The application will be heard on 3 April 2019.
