I, FERDINAND MARCOS, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of


Buntun Highway, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan states as follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me is Atty. Jengland Dimaano with office address at


Tanza, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan where my examination is being held. I am
answering these questions under oath fully aware of the consequences that I may
face criminal liability for False Testimony and Perjury.

JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT

1.Q: Are you the Ferdinand Marcos?


A: Yes sir.

2.Q: Are you an employee of CSU?


A: Yes Sir. I am a head of security guard in the school.

3.Q: How long have you been an employee of the school?


A: For almost 23 years sir.

4. Q: Do you know the plaintiff in this case?


A: Yes Sir. He is one of the employee of the school.

5.Q: Since you are the head of the security, do you have logbooks to monitor who
enters and exits the school premises?
A: Yes sir. We have 3 logbooks. One for visitors the other one is for employees and
the other one is for the vehicles that enters the premises, but the one for
employees is optional only when the biometrics are not accessible.

6. Q: At the time of the incident, are the biometrics of the school accessible?
A: No sir.

7. Q: Since it is not accessible, so you have to require employees to sign up the
logbooks?
A: Yes sir.

8.Q: I am showing you this logbook which we requested to be marked as Exh. “A”,
is this logbook are for employees?
A: Yes sir. That one is for employees who enters and exits the premises when our
biometrics is malfunctioning.

9.Q: Have you seen Liwa signed in the logbook?


A: Yes sir, since I am the one who handed the logbook to her.

10.Q: What time did Liwa entered the school premises?


A: 1:04 in the afternoon to be exact sir.

11.Q: Have you seen Liwa leave the premises?


A: No sir. Since they need to sign up again the logbook before we allow them to
leave the school premises

12.Q: How are you sure that Liwa did not leave the premises without having signed
up the logbook?
A: We have CCTV all around the place sir and I was at the gate the whole time.

13. Q: I am showing you this CCTV footage which we request to be marked as Exb.
“B”, is this the cctv footage belongs to the school?
A: Yes Sir.

14.Q: In the CCTV footage have you seen Liwa leave the premises?
A: Yes sir. .

14.Q: What time did she actually leave the premises?


A: At exactly 5:00 in the afternoon sir
