S/o late Murukuti Siva Kumar Reddy residenting at Kapuveedhi
,Vempalle town Post&Mandal ,Kadapa district ,I hereby issue this legal
notice to you with the following facts

1. You married Lakshmi Devi who was the mother-in-law of my
first client and paternal grandmother of my second client .You got
only one son named Sivakumarreddy through your wife named
Lakshmi Devi. You and your wife celebrated the marriage of your
son named Sivakumarreddy with Ramanamma who is my first client
and that your son got only one son named Murukuti Venkata Sai
Reddy who is my second client here in .
2. You married your second wife named Jayamma during the life time
of your first wife named Lakshmi Devi. You got only son named
Sivakumarreddy who died during 2002 year by leaving his
undivided half share property shown in the schedule to his wife
and his only son i.e to my two clients.

3. You are not treating my clients with respect and Honour after
death of your first wife and only son and you and your second wife
are treating my client with urgently now my clients are not going to
tolerate your dishonor and unreel treating and your to divide the
schedule property into two share and allot one share separate to
client without further delay.

4. Therefore please take this legal notice are that you should partition
the schedule property into two shares and allot and define one
share separated share to my client within ten days otherwise my
clients are forced to file civil suit against you in the court for that
relief by holding you title for costs and consequences.
