 Currently working with Zito India Consultants Pvt. Ltd, (a consultancy which deals in IT
recruitments) as Process Associate. The clients of this firm are certain multinational companies
like Flextronics, Induslogic, Business Objects, and Gartner etc. Currently I am working on
requirements related to Software Engineer, Test Engineer, Sr. Software Engineer, Team Leader,
Project Manager on following technologies: -

 Worked in Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as Sales Officer from Aug. 2001 to Nov. 2002 at
Mathura Headquarter. Now the company is taken over by Shreya Group.

SUMMER TRAINING PROJECT:

 Summer Training project work was undertaken with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. The
topic of the project was “Engagement and Retention of HSD customer at BP-Mathura.”
The uniqueness of this project work was not to submit the recommendation and suggestions,
but also to implement these suggestions, recommendations and findings that we derived
through the study. The duration of the training was from 1-07-2005 to 31-08-2005.For this
specific project I earned a stipend of Rs.6000/month, which was paid by the company.

RESEARCH PROJECT:

 Research project work was done on the topic “Perception of people towards Insurance
Industry with special reference to HDFC-Standard Life Insurance Company”. This project
work act as the pre survey for HDFC-Standard Life Insurance Company in Mathura city.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

 Organized a National level conference under the banner of RitShail Entertainment

Incorporation, Mathura on the title “Corporate Managers-Challenges and Perspectives in
the Era of Globalization”.

 Increased sales upto Rs.15 Lacs. at BP Mathura (in the implementation period of 21 days
of the summer training which was done with Bharat Petroleum) during the course of MBA
and earned a stipend of Rs.12000.

 Organized and choreographed a Fashion Show in the cultural evening of the International
Conference-2006 with a theme-“Indian Culture in the Era of Globalization.”

 Awarded best Cadet and Cadet with best turnout in an Annual Training Camp of N.C.C.
