ATES Payout Structure

Overview
• The purpose of this new structure is to drive ATES success via Seller
success & enhanced customer experience
• Increased earning opportunity for the ATES
• Rewarding ATES efforts in seller success – High efforts, High rewards
• Zero tolerance on business non-compliance
Components of the new payout structure
• There are 3 components–
• Core Payout
• Order fulfillment Payout
• Penalty
• The payout will be applicable to all sellers being launched from 1st
Nov 2017, onwards.
Core Payout

Criteria
• You will be eligible for 1 of the 3 slabs for every seller launch. For SKU count
calculation, we will not consider combo pack and bundle offers.
• Additional INR 1000 per seller in case seller is launched with >=70% of selection in
the preferred categories – Watches, Shoes & Handbags, Beauty, Sports & Outdoor,
Luggage and Toys & Games
• No Payout will be made in case the seller is launched in any of the following
categories (No Payout categories) – Clothing & Accessories, Office supplies, Home
improvement, Garden & Outdoor or BISS (Business, Industrial & Scientific supplies)
• Category list in the above 2 criteria will change regularly and will be communicated
in advance.

• ATES Portfolio SCR% = Total orders cancelled by all sellers launched in the previous month
Total number of orders received by all sellers launched in the previous month
• * Limited period offer - For Nov & Dec 2017 you can earn INR 500 per seller with >=1 order shipped in
30 days of launch if ATES portfolio SCR is between 10% - 25%
• The Order fulfillment payout will be paid at a 1 month lag (Launch +1 Month)
Penalty

Non - Compliant Launch – Fake Launch / seller not aware
of launch / Launched with dummy listings / incorrect 200% of eligible payout for
ASIN-category mapping the seller
• In case of Non-compliant launches, penalty will be applicable for all cases and the ATES will be suspended on
the 3rd such instance.
• The penalty will be deducted in the same month (if the seller is inactive at the time of billing cycle) or
Launch +1 month.
Promotional Offer… for launches done between 1st Nov to 31st
Dec.
• INR 500 for every seller who fulfils his first order.
• INR 500 for launching seller in following 5 states – Haryana, Telangana, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu & Gujrat -
you will earn additional INR 500 per seller
• 100% clawback in case of 100% SCR (seller cancellation rate) for sellers with >=3 orders (instead of >=2
orders)

FAQs
• How many days should we help sellers fulfill their orders?
You will continue to help the sellers fulfill their orders for
{Launch+1} month as this will contribute to your ATES portfolio SCR
• Will Variations be counted in SKU count for Core payout?
Yes, variations of parent product will be considered in SKU count at launch.
However, combo packs & bundled offers will not be considered for SKU count
at launch.
• Can we charge sellers to launch them in “No payout” categories?
No, the ATES is not allowed to charge any seller for launch as per ATES
program policy
• Will ATES be paid for order fulfillment of sellers launched in “No
Payout” category?
No, the ATES will not be paid for order fulfillment for sellers launched in
“No payout” category. However, this seller’s performance will be
counted in ATES portfolio SCR
• From when will the ATES portfolio SCR be calculated?
The new payout structure will be effective from 1st Nov’17 onwards.
Performance of seller launched from 1st Nov’17 onwards will contribute
to ATES portfolio SCR
• If sellers add SKU after launch, will ATES get paid for it?
No. The ATES will be paid basis the slabs for SKUs at launch only
• Are the preferred category & no payout categories subject to change?
Yes, these categories may change after every 2-3 months. We will inform
you 15-20 days in advance before the changes are implemented
• Will the ATES be paid if some of the SKUs added are from “no payout”
category?
SKUs from “No payout” category will not be considered for calculating
core payouts
• How do the I know which products fall under the preferred / normal /
no payout category?

• Is the promotional offer for launching sellers in 5 specific states
applicable for all categories of sellers?
The promotional offer is applicable on all categories except for “No
