Consanguinity and Affinity Relationship Chart

The document presents a chart that outlines consanguinity and affinity relationships for officers and employees. Consanguinity relationships are those related by blood, such as parents, children, grandparents, and cousins. Affinity relationships are those related by marriage, such as a spouse, father-in-law, or daughter-in-law. The chart lists these relationships in three degrees - first, second, and third - with first degree being the closest relation, such as a parent or spouse, and third degree being more distant relations like great-grandparents or great-aunts and uncles.
