WARM-UP – TAP CLASS – LES STUDIOS

• Ball Taps (en croix): 8, 4, 2, 1, reverse
• Ball / Heel Drops
• Roll out Ankles
• Shuffles
o 3 slow / stamp
o 2 slow / 3 quick / stamp
• Scuffles
o 3 slow / stamp
• Paradiddles
o Singles
o Single / Double combo (S/S/D/D/S/S/stamp)
• Ball dig / Heel drops
o Fast / Show
• “Flap-heel-heel” step (side-to-side)
• Cramp Rolls (4-count/5-count/pass)
• Bombrashay
• Shuffle Hop Step / Hop Shuffle Step
• Irishes (Front/Back) x 2
• Shuffle Hop Step / Hop Shuffle Step
• Irishes (Front / Back) x2
• Shuffle Hop Toe, Shuffle Hop Step
• Shuffle Ball Change, Shuffle Hop Step
• Maxiford Prep
• Buffalos (w/ and w/o flap)
• Flap Ball-Change (around room)
• Flap Heel-Heel (around room)
o Add extra heels, if desired
• Riffs forward
