COWBOY COOKIE MIX

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius


Grease cookie sheets
2. In a medium bowl, mix 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 egg,
and 1 teaspoon of vanilla
3. Stir in the entire contents of the jar. (It’s supposed
to be thick!)
4. Shape into walnut-sized balls and place 2 inches
apart on cookie sheets
5. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes. Enjoy!

SAND ART BROWNIES


1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius
Grease one 9-by-9 baking pan
2. Pour the contents of the jar into a large bowl and
mix well
3. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2/3 cup vegetable oil and
3 eggs. Beat until just combined
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at
175 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
OATMEAL RAISIN SPICE COOKIES
5. Empty jar of cookie mix into large mixing bowl. Use
your hands to thoroughly blend mix.
6. Add 3/4 cup butter/margarine softened at room
temp. Stir in one egg, slightly beaten. Add in 1
teaspoon of vanilla
7. Mix until completely blended. You may need to
finish with your hands.
8. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place 2 inches
apart on cookie sheets.
9. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 11-13 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before moving to baking rack.
