Attendance: Attendance is extremely important. Roll will be taken at the beginning of
each class. Leaving early will be counted as an absence. With holidays, there are 25
days of class. After 3 absences your grade will automatically drop to an A- (providing
everything else is “A” quality). After 6 classes, you will fail the class (this constitutes 25%
of the class). If you are going to be absent, you will need to email me ‘before’ class, or
the work due for that day will be late. Assignments will be due at the “beginning” of class
on the assigned due date. Late projects will be accepted for full credit only with prior
approval. Late assignments turned in with no prior notice will only be accepted for the
credit listed below
Grading: The final course grade will be based on assignments, attendance, and
participation. A letter grade will be based on the following percentile:
                                 94-100% A 74-76% C
                                 90-93% A- 70-73% C-

Evaluation: All assignments are submitted to the instructor at the beginning of class
on the specified dates in the course outline. A project is considered late
if you are not on time, in class, when projects are asked for. Late work
                       loses:
