Scrub and Reload for Windows NT
1. Scrub the NCK (left side of NCK/PLC)
a. Set switch S3 to position “1.”
b. Press blue reset button.
c. Wait for green led (left side) and “6.”
d. Set S3 to position “0.”
2. Scrub the PLC (right side of NCK/PLC)
a. Set the S4 switch to position “3”
b. Press blue reset button.
c. Wait for “6” and two red LED, PS is flashing PF stays solid.
d. Set S4 to position “2.” In 2-3 seconds, set S4 back to position “3.”
(Count “One thousand one,” “One thousand two,” etc.)
e. After the red PS LED blinks six times, goes out, and then comes on
solid. Set S4 back to position “0.”
f. (If the previous step is not done right, at this point, you won’t see the “6”
and 2 green LED. You must start over at step 1.)
3. Load NCK
a. Press focus key 2-4-2-6 to exit BOF.
b. Enter password, press <Exit>.
c. Press <Update> soft key on the upper right hand corner.
d. Press <Config. NCK/PLC> soft key. Enter password (Contact Trumpf)
e. Change language to English by pressing focus key 4-2.
f. Press <Load NCK> soft key.
g. Press <Load device> soft key. Enter password and wait for the data to
be transferred.
h. Wait for “NCK load is finished” message. .(about 5-10 min)
4. Load PLC
a. Press <Previous>
b. Press <Load PLC> soft key.
c. Press <Load device> soft key. Wait for the data to be transferred.
d. Wait 20 seconds, the front panel buttons should stop flashing,
otherwise go to step 4 again. .(about 5-10 min)
e. Press <Previous> and <End Program>
5. Activate PLC configuration data
a. Shut down and restart windows
b. Press focus key 1-5-4.
c. Press <Abort> when message box appears. (Note: Never press the
“OK” button.)
d. Highlight the machine model in the list that appears.
e. Press <Applications> soft key then enter password (minutes + 530).
f. Verify machine configuration then press <Save values> soft key.
g. After all data has been saved the control panel lights will stop blinking.
Exit windows and then turn main switch OFF.
h. Start machine up according to the standard procedures.
1. Friegue el NCK (la izquierdade NCK/PLC)

d. Juego S4 para colocar “2”. En 2-3 segundos, S4retrasado para colocar “3”. (Cuente “mil un”, “
mil dos”, etc. )
e. Después de que PS rojoCONDUJO parpadeos seisveces, sale, y luego viene alsólido. S4 retras
ado paracolocar “0”.
f. (Si el paso anterior no sehace bien, a este punto, noverá “el 6
” y 2 verdesCONDUCIDOS. Debecomenzar en el paso 1. )
3. Carga NCK
a. Presione la llave del foco2-4-2-6 para salir de BOF.
b. Entre en la contraseña, apriete <Salida>;.
c. Presione<Actualización>; la teclaprogramable en la esquinade la mano derecha superior.
d. Presione <Config. NCK/PLC>; teclaprogramable. Entre en lacontraseña (ContactoTrumpf)
e. Lengua del cambio ainglés presionando llave delfoco 4-2.
f. Presione <la CargaNCK>; tecla programable.
g. Presione <El dispositivode la carga>; teclaprogramable. Entre en lacontraseña y espere losd
atos a transferirse.
h. Espere “la carga de NCKse termina” mensaje. .(aproximadamente 5-10 minutos)
4. Load PLC
a. Apriete <Anterior>;
b. Presione <Load PLC>; latecla programable.
c. Presione <El dispositivode la carga>; teclaprogramable. Espere losdatos a transferirse.
d. Espere 20 segundos, losbotones del panel delanterosdeberían dejar de destellar, por otra par
te vaya al paso 4 otra vez. .(aproximadamente 5-10 minutos)
e. Apriete <Anterior>; y<Programa del Final>;
5. Datos de la configuraciónde Activate PLC
a. Cerrado y reanudanventanas
b. Presione la llave del foco1-5-4.
c. Apriete <Interrupción>; cuando la ventana demensaje aparezca.
(Note: Nunca presione el botón“OK”. )
d. Destaque el modelo de lamáquina en la lista queaparece.
e. Apriete <Aplicaciones>; la tecla programableentonces entra en lacontraseña (minutos + 53
0).
f. Verifique que laconfiguración de la máquinaentonces aprieta <Salvanvalores>; tecla progra
mable.
g. Después de que todos losdatos se han salvado lasluces del panel deinstrumentos dejarán dep
arpadear. Las ventanas dela salida y luego apagan elinterruptor principal.
h. Arranque la máquinasegún los procedimientosordinarios.
