SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR A COURT CASE

BY THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY , WE, SPS. Cesar Adenit and Aida Adenit,
residing at Brgy. 5, Poblacion, Taft, Eastern Samar, Defendants in civil case No.
........ for Forcible Entry hereinafter referred to as the said suit, pending in the
court of the Municipal Trial Court, Taft, Eastern Samar. Hereby nominate,
constitute and appoint ATTY. MARIA FLORA D. ACHAY, resident of Taft, Eastern
Samar as my Attorney for me, in my name and in my behalf to do or execute all or
any of the following acts or things in connection with the said suit:

1. To represent me before the said Court or in any other Court;

2. To prosecute the said suit and proceedings, to sign and verify all
complaints, pleadings, applications, motions, petitions or documents before the
court, and to deposit, withdraw and receive document and any money or moneys
from the court or from other party either in execution of the decree , or
otherwise and sign and deliver proper receipts for me and discharges for the
same;

3. To apply for inspection or inspect documents and records, to obtain


copies of documents and papers;

4. To enter into compromise agreement, in such manner that is not


contrary to law, morals, public order or public policy, as said attorney may see fit,
provided the same is allowed to be compromised;

5. To do generally all other acts and things for the conduct of the said suit
as I could have done the same if I were personally present.

And I, do, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and legal

representatives, ratify and confirm and agree to ratify and confirm whatsoever
our said attorney shall do or purport to do by virtue of these presents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set and subscribed my hand this
