NON-CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH THE DENR

I, Atty. Jay Emmanuel A. Hayagan, of legal age, Filipino, single


and presently residing at 434 Brgy. 8, Bagumbayan, Legazpi City,
hereby depose and state that:
1. I am not in anyhow related or affiliated with any of the
appointing or recommending authority or officers of the
Department of Environment and Natural Resources; and

2. At present, there is no existing conflict of interest with my


application for employment with the Department of
Environment and Natural Resources.
