Non Skid feet on bottom of each rail

SIDE RAIL No splits along rail

Both rails same length

Rungs evenly spaced

Rungs recessed into side rail


RUNGS
Rungs secured and unable to rotate

Rungs not bent, split or missing

Lateral wires secure to both side rails

Lateral wires located below every fifth rung


REINFORCEMENT
Longitudinal wires secured at each end of ladder

No breaks or missing U staples

Security of hinge/ fittings

Attachment and condition of spreader limiting devises

Rear support legs undamaged


GENERAL
ID Number clearly marked

Color code clearly positioned

Tie- off rope attached to upper rungs
