I have read the rules and regulations of the college as given in the prospectus and the conditions of BCI
subject to which I am being admitted. I undertake of remain in the college as disciplined student and abide by the
order issued from time to time by the authorities of the college. I hereby undertake to regularly attend my classes as
per time table and to put in at least 75% attendance in each Subject, falling which I may be restrained from
appearing at the examination. I further undertake that in case I remain absent in my class for a period of one month
or more my name may be struck off from the rolls. Further, no F.I.R. or Criminal case is pending against me, not I
have been convicted of any offence in the past I declare that I am not working in any Govt./PSV/etc orgainsation.
