0 Preparing Position the chassis/basket under the aircraft. Make sure the parking brake is activated and the gearshift lever is in neutral. Raise and lower the basket with switch [7P6]. [22P6] must be activated simulta- Operation from basket neously with [7P6] when raising the basket. Position the basket horizontally (inwards/outwards) using switch [28P6]. [23P6] [22P6] must be activated simultaneously with [28P6] when positioning the bas- ket. [26P6] Mount vacuum coupling F102 on aircraft. Mount flush coupling F41 on aircraft. [25P6] 2.0 Emptying of aircraft tank [29P6] Start vacuum pump, switch [3P6] to ON. Wait for 15 sec. [15P6] Open the waste valve on the aircraft. Open vacuum valve with switch [5P6].
[8P6] 2.1 Flush aircraft tank
If required, the desired amount can be preselected on switches [29P6] and [15P6]. Fill in additional 5 litres to compensate for a 5 litre reflux due to return suction. Switch [20P6] to ON. When finished, close waste valve on the aircraft. Stop fluid pump by switch [20P6] to OFF [9P6] Stop vacuum pump by switch [3P6] to OFF.
3.0 Add premix to aircraft tank
[22P6] [20P6] [3P6] [5P6] [7P6] [28P6] If required, the desired volume can be preselected on switch [28P6] and [15P6]. Fill in additional 5 litres to compensate for a 5 litre reflux due to return suction. Switch [20P6] to ON. When a sufficient volume of disinfectant has been added, switch [20P6] to OFF. When finished, dismount hoses and coupling from aircraft and place coupling in coupling holder. Lower the basket and wind up the hoses with switch [7P6]. Position the basket in its horizontal resting position using switch 28P6. NOTE Any emergency stop can be activated to stop any hydraulic and electrical func- tion of the unit.

Make sure the parking brake is activated and the gearshift lever is in neutral. Turn on the ignition and start chassis. 2.0 Drive chassis Operation from machine room Start chassis (see 1.0). Drive unit as you would drive an ordinary chassis. 3.0 Unit operation See pages 1 and 2.
Warning Heat - Risk of burns and scalds
4.0 Emptying Start chassis (see 1.0). Position the chassis over the drain well or connect to the dump system. The manhole cover must remain closed. Open the drain valve by means of the two switches [1P4 and 4P4] simultaneously. When finished, close the waste valve by means of switch [2P4]. 5.0 Flushing of vacuum pump Start chassis (see 1.0). Position outlet tube over drain well. The outlet tube is placed on the right-hand side between machine room and chassis cabin. [1P4] [2P4] [3P4] [4P4] Press [3P4] to start flushing. It stops automatically after approx. 3 minutes.
6.0 Stop Pull the handbrake and set the gearshift lever in neutral. Switch off the chassis. Emergency lowering NOTE Any emergency stop can be activated to stop any hydraulic and electrical function of the unit.
Emergency manoeuvring
1.0 Emergency stop
Do not hesitate to activate emergency stop if an emergency occurs. Emergency stop shuts down everything, except chassis working light and emer- gency manoeuvring. Reset emergency stop switch and restart the chassis to continue after the cause of the emergency stop has been remedied. 2.0 Emergency manoeuvring from ground A wire is located in front of the basket, behind the right rear wheel.
