COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

The herein PARTIES entered the foregoing Compromise Agreement with


the herein terms and conditions, to wit:

1. That the party to this agreement are ______________________ widow, and


five of their children namely _____________________;

2. That _________________had transferred some of her land to some of her


grand children enumerated as follows;
a. To ____________, child of ________, an agricultural lot with an area
of 1 hectare, more or less;
b. To ______________ and ___________________, children of
____________________, agricultural lots with an area of 1 hectare
and hectare respectively, more or less;
c. To ______________, son of ___________, agricultural lot with an
area of 1.5 hectare, more or less and a residential lot;
d. To _____________, daughter of ______________, agricultural lot
with an area of hectare, more or less and a residential lot;
e. To ____________, son of _______________, agricultural lot with an
area of 1.5 hectares, more or less,
f. To ______________, sons of __________________, agricultural lot
embodied in TCT-No. _________with an area of 10,667 sqm. more
or less;

3. That in order to settle amicably the differences between the herein parties,
they hereby agreed to enter into a compromise agreement with the following
terms and conditions;

4. That the agricultural lot ____________embodied in TCT-No.


__________will be transferred to __________;

5. That the cost of transfer of TCT-No. _________to ______________will be
on the account of ________;

6. That upon transfer of TCT-No. ____________to __________, the custody


over the second owners copy of the TCT to be issued will be to
__________________together with all the Transfer Certificate of Titles of
the properties abovementioned;

7. That respective owners thereof will only took possession of the same upon
the death of the ____________;

8. That the herein parties, hereby waived whatever rights they have, past or
present, against each other and heretofore agreed not to file any case,
criminal, civil or administrative, against any of the parties relating to the lots
given by _________________ to her grandchildren;

9. That furthermore, _________________will no longer recover and took back


whatever property she had given, donated or sold to any of her
grandchildren;

10.The parties confirm that they had carefully read and completely understood
the contents of this Compromise Agreement.
