Situation

You are called to attend a job interview in a multinational company. As part of the interview process, you
have been asked to talk about yourself to the interview panel. You are required to use the outcome of the
Hollands Personality test you have taken earlier in your presentation.

Task

1. Prepare an 8-10 minute presentation about yourself and the findings of the test in relation to your career
choice. The format of the presentation will be as follows:
Introduction greeting, opening statement, purpose
Body Content
1. Evaluate your strengths and weaknesses (in terms of values, interest, skills and personality) and
compare these to the results of the career test.
2. Discuss if the outcome from Point 1 matches your career interest.
3. Express agreement or disagreement with the results of the test and justify your answer.
Conclusion summary, conclusion, closing statement

2. Present the analysis of yourself to the panel.

Duration : 8 - 10 minutes
