Providing and applying tack coat @ 2.0kg/10 Sqm. 131,000 sqm on the prepared surface with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor including cleaning of surface, supply of all materials, labour, machinery, and T&P etc. all complete as required for proper completion of work as per specification No.503 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge Works (Latest Edition), all complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-change. 5. Providing and laying bituminous macadam- Cum. 200 50mm thick compacted comprising of graded crushed stone grading II as per table 500-4 and of approved quarry conforming to tests as per MoRT&H specification table no. 500-3 premixed with a maximum of 3.5% Bitumen of grade 60/70 by weight in computerized Hot mix plant laid with pavers finisher, compacted with vibratory and static rollers simultaneously including supply of all material, labor, machinery, and T&P etc. all complete required for proper completion of work as per specification No.504 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge (Latest Edition, all complete), as per direction of Engineer-in- change. 6. Providing and laying 25mm thick compacted Cum 3000 Semi Dense Bituminous concrete on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregates of approved quarry conforming to test specified in table 500-14 and of grading II as per table on 500-15 of MoRT&H latest specification, premixed with crumb rubber modified bitumen grade-55 for wearing course @ maximum 5% by weight of mix, as per approved job mix formula in computerized hot mix plant laid with pavers finisher, compacted with vibratory and static rollers simultaneously including cost all material, labor, machinery and T&P all complete required for proper completion of work as per specification No.508 MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge Works (Latest Edition) all complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-change. 7. Providing. Fitting and fixing mild steel railing Rm 78 complete as per drawing and technical specifications. 8. Repair of steel railing to bring it to the original Rm 120 shape. It is assumed that the damage to the steel railing is to the extent of 10 percent. MoRT&H Specification No.1623 9. Providing and laying of hot applied Sqm. 625 thermoplastic paint of 2.5 mm thickness of uniform finish with thermoplastic paint conforming to BS 3262 (Part-1) 1989, with machine of Bituminous surface in white/yellow colour and super imposed with reflect rising glass beads conforming to BS 7088, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, seals, oils, grease and foreign material and spraying of reflect rising glass beads @ 250 gm/sqm, guarding, barricading, etc. al complete including all taxes as per direction of Engineer- in-change and as per specification NO. 803 MORT&H specification for road and bridge work (latest edition)
