constructionprojectandcontracts.Thelegalmeaningandimplicationofkeytermsinconstructioncontractswillbeexamined
indetail.Issuesrelatingtotheadministrationofcontractprojectswillalsobeconsidered.Themainlegaldifferncebetween
standardformsofcontractwillbeidendifiedandevaluated.Thismodulewillcombineamixoftheoryandproblems(basedon
