NOTICE OF EXAMINATION from the PNPA REGISTRAR shall be sent through mail. Applicants who fail to receive notice of
examination may visit the PNPA website www.pnpa.edu.ph to check if they are included in the List of Qualified Examinees.
Qualified applicants may go directly to the designated examination areas on the date of examination even without the notice
of examination. Applicants shall present two (2) valid personal identification cards (IDs) together with other requirements.

Document Distribution
The PNPA Cadetship Program is a government Scholarship Program. It is a Four Year education leading to the Bachelor of
Science In Public Safety degree. Graduates are appointed as Inspectors of the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Jail
Management and Penology (BJMP) and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
QUALIFICATIONS/ INITIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION: (DO NOT APPLY if you are NOT QUALIFIED)
Applicant must be:
Natural - born Filipino citizen;
18- years old to 22 years old (birthdate from May 2, 1994 to May 1, 1999);
Single with no parental obligation;
High school graduate upon application;
At least 5 feet and 4 inches for male and 5 feet and 2 inches for female in height;
With weight that corresponds to the applicants height, gender and age;
Physically and mentally fit for cadetship training;
With good moral character (no criminal, administrative and civil derogatory record);
Without pending complaint and/or case before any tribunal of whatever nature;
Not a former cadet of the Philippine National Police Academy or other similar institutions;
Not have been dismissed from any private employment or government position for cause;
Applicant must initially pass:
The PNPA Cadet Admission Test which is scheduled on October 30, 2016 (Sunday), 7:00 A.M.

Submit duly accomplished application form together with a photocopy of NSO birth certificate, prepaid LBC AIRVELOP REGULAR/N-
POUCH or self-stamped WINDOW ENVELOPE to the Office of the Registrar or mail to: The Director (Attn: Registrar), Philippine National
Police Academy, Camp General Mariano N. Castaeda, Silang Cavite 4129.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION: September 30, 2016.
Successful applicants of the Philippine National Police Academy Cadet Admission Test (PNPACAT) shall qualify to the next selection
Screening:
1) Physical, Medical and Dental Examination (PMDE), 2) Psychological and Psychiatric Examination (PPE), 3) Agility Test and 4) Interview;
Below is the minimum Physical Fitness Exercises requirement:

E. Grounds for Medical Disqualifications:
Defective Visual Perception (color blindness, near sighted/far sighted with corrective eyeglasses or lens, nystagmus);
Physical Deformities Example: bowlegged or congenital defects;
Perforated ear drum, chronic sinusitis, bleeding tendencies, hemorrhoids, hernia (if not treated), varicocele, extensive skin disorders;
History of heart disease, hypertension, asthma, active PTB, kidney and liver diseases, epileptic seizure disorders,
major operations; communicable diseases (such as AIDS, Hepatitis, VD etc.);
Full dentures, upper and lower, Cleft lip and palate, malocclusion, Deformities of the face, Open bite, Tongue-tied,
missing of four(4) anterior or front teeth & Missing of six (6) posterior/molar teeth;
Tattoos and other brotherhood marks, ear piercing (male only);
For Females: Goiter; History of pregnancy; Presence of breast mass; Painful menstruation;
Any other similar defects which may hinder in the Cadetship Training Program.
