12. Course Synopsis:

On the Job Training (OJT) is a prerequisite for the Malaysian Vocational Diploma program students
(DVM) in all Vocational College, ILKA, and ILKS. Implemented OJT, will expose graduates to real work
situations and improving students knowledge, technical skills and soft skills. OJT introduced to
strengthen the existing competencies in addition to giving students the opportunity to gain work
experience in the real world in order to enhance student employability.
