Rule Book

General Details:
1. How many players can play the
game?
3 4 players
2. Target age group:
14 and above
3. How long does it take to play 1
session?
On average, 1 hour.

Introduction:
1. Background story/theme:
All of the players are property agents and
they decided to make a competition to
see who is the best agent there is.
2.What makes the game immersive?
The bidding/auction makes people feel
like they are competing in a real auction
and each player must know what other
players have in their hands
Summary of Game
system and objectives:
1. In general, how is the game played?
Its a PVP game where players have to
bid against one another to get blueprints
in order to have buildings.
2.What is the objective of the
game/winning condition?
The player that managed to build 3
buildings before his/her opponents, wins.

Components of the
Game:

2. Words that player need to know:
Auction - a sale where
things/properties are sold to the person
who offered to pay the most
Bid/Bidding offer a certain price for
something
Mulligan In this case, players put back
their cards on hand into the deck can
shuffle it. Then take out 5 cards for their
hand.

Set-Up:
1. How to set-up:
Each player will have 7 gold to start
with
5 action cards on hand always [Does
not matter instant or not, as long as
its an action card]

Basic game structure:


1. Who starts first?
Determine by scissors, paper, stone.
2. How many phases are there and in
what order are they in?

iv. Building
v. Drawing of Cards
3. Each player has to either participate
or pass their turn in a phase before they
can advance to the other phase. For
example, all 3 players have to
participate in the action phase before
they can advance to the income phase.

Specific Game structure:


1. What happens in a turn?
Action phase:
i. This is the part where players use
their action cards.
ii. Player can use action phase to pay
off the bank 3 gold if one of their
building zone was blocked by this
card:

However, by doing so, their action


phase ends.
iii. Only 1 action card per turn
iv. Player have a choice to skip their turn
if they want.
v. Players can *Mulligan their cards 3x if
they are not satisfied. This will not
end their action phase.
Income phase:
i. Players will receive 2 gold by default
during every income phase
ii. A players income phase can be block
for 1 turn by another player if they
received this card during the action
phase:
Auction Phase:
i. Reveal 1 card from the Auction deck
ii. Each Auction Cards have their own
effect that will benefit the player.
iii. After a player manage to acquire an
Auction Card, this card will identify as
a blueprint and the player have to
place the card horizontally.
iv. Each card will show the price of the
blueprint and the price of the building
cost.

v. Players can use their Instant Action


cards in this phase. However, they
are only allowed to use it if they
participate in the auction.

vi. 1 Instant Action card per turn.


vii. If an auction is cancelled or a player
pull out from the auction, players
that participated will have to pay the
bank (half) of what they bid.
However, if the player bid an odd
number, the amount of money they
have to pay the bank will be run-
down. For example, player A bid 5
gold, they have to give the bank 2
gold and take back 3 gold for
themselves.
viii. Player that wins the auction have to
pay the bank the amount they bid
and players who lose, will have to
pay (half) to the bank.
ix. Blueprints can be collected. Thus,
players can have more than 3
blueprints.
x. Blueprints cannot be stolen or
removed
Building Phase:
i. Players can choose whether they
want to build their buildings or not.
ii. All players only have 3 building
zones. Thus, they cannot build more
than 3 buildings.
iii. Buildings can be stolen or removed
iv. When a blueprint has turned into a
building, the player has to place the
card horizontally to signify that it is
a building and the effect of the
building will now take place.
Drawing of Cards Phase:
i. All players will draw Action cards
from the respective deck to replenish
their cards on hand to 5.
2. Special cases:
How to use a certain card?
i. Players can only use the Bank Loan
and/or Help! cards if they bid a min of
1 gold into the auction.
ii. If a player loses, pull out or cancel
an auction and they use these
cards, the amount of gold needed to
pay the bank depends on how many
actual golds they bid. For example,
Player A bid 4 gold and used any of
these cards or both, they have to pay
the bank 2 gold because they bid 4
actual gold during the auction.
iii. If an opponent used these card on a
player, the gold reduced/lost have
to be given to the bank. For
example, Player A was given Auction
Tax card by an opponent and Player
A had bid 4 gold into the auction. In
this case, Player A lost 2 gold and
those 2 gold will be given to the
bank.

Ending the Game


1. How does the game ends?
The game ends when a player
managed to build 3 buildings.

Summary
1. 1 round has 5 phases
2. Players have 5 cards on hand
3. Players have 7 gold to start with
4. Players can Mulligan 3x
5. Each player will have to take part in
the phase before they can advance to
the next phase
6. Players that decided not to take part
in the auction cannot use any instant
action cards.
7. Players have to pay the bank (half)
of the amount they bid during the
auction phase if they lose, forfeit or
there is a Cancel Auction card.
8. When a player has an auction card,
that card will turn into a blueprint and
can only be turn into a building if they
pay off their building cost during the
building phase

if they have the necessary action cards
