ASSEMBLY PROCESS
STAGE 1
Roughly adjust the height of the floor props, using
the fastening clamp.
The prop holes are all numbered, which makes it
easier to adjust the props to the same size.
STAGE 2
Insert the Fork head into each prop and support by
tripod.
STAGE 3
Add another set of props then insert the primary
beams using double fork head. Adjust the primary
beams to the correct floor slab height.

STAGE 4
Add props to support each primary beams based on
the distance between props and design requirements.
STAGE 5
Place the secondary beams on the primary beams.
Support handrail to the secondary beams then add
tubes.
STAGE 6
Finally support the plywoods and cover all area.

DESIGN SLAB
The quantities of system components can be computed exactly, with reference to the thickness of slab. The beam and prop spacings are optimized
depending on the layout, and in accordance with the slab load.

PRACTICAL NOTES:
1. Table form system is very simple
and can be erected in the site
easily, while the transportation,
handling, and usage of the
transport spreader and the
shifting trolley can be applied be
persons who have an adequate
technical knowledge.
2. The system incorporates many
features that are applied for
various site requirements related
to loading and geometry.
3. The system must be positioned
on a solid and stable ground.
During moving and shifting
operation of the tables, no
persons, tools or materials are
allowed to be on the tables.
4. Special attention is required for
shifting and transport activities.
Instructions of our technical
Table Form with aluminum beams representative are necessary.
5. Damages parts have to be stored
out and replaced by new ones.
6. The load-bearing capacity of the
crane must be considered.
7. Low stacking height when
transported and stored.
8. Forming can continue seamlessly
into infill zones and closure gaps.
9. The technically perfected
individual components make a big
contribution to higher speeds.

SHIFTING TROLLEY
It is used to transport table formwork in horizontal direction.
Depending on the size of the table and the situation on the
site, the Shifting trolley is pushed under the table either from
one end or one side of the table.
First align all the swivel casters in the direction in which you
will want to wheel the trolley out, and only then lift the table.
