2. ACID Washing system
During electrolysis, calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide will deposit on the cathode, a process commonly referred to as scaling It is universal phenomenon with all electro-chlorinators. ACID washing system is easy remove by flushing the 5 % diluted hydrochloric acid. ACID washing system is possible for periodic operation by user, the process takes approx. 1 hour.
3. Hypo Dosing system
Hypo dosing pump type using the piston or diaphragm or centrifugal mag-drvie dosing pump Quantity of dosing pumps is 1 x 100 % or 2 x 100 % and consists of duty and stand-by functional. 4. Hypo Storage Tank & Hydrogen de-gassing Blower Hydrogen is always generated during electro-chlorination and is directly proportional the amount of generated chlorine. Hydrogen is the safely diluted and removed with blower air from blower fan. There are usually 2 blower fans, a duty and stand-by fan.
