Please note that all time spent by our crews / technicians in performing the work and including, but not limited to, the following activities: a. Mobilization and Demobilization charges b. Standby due to delay on the part of the Client for whatever reason c. Cancellation of Confirmed Work Schedule will be billed at Minimum Daily Charge. will be invoiced in accordance with the pricing structure set out in the attached Schedules of Rates. You ‘should also note that RT and MUT Services will be subject to a Minimum Daily Charges. The pricing structure set out in the Schedules of Rates forming part of this proposal will be applicable up to 31% December 2016 and validity of this proposal is ninety (90) days from the date hereof. In accordance with our Credit Control Guidelines, our Finance and Accounting Dept. is requesting you to pay an Advance Deposit of Two Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals (SAR_200,000.00) prior to our commitments. Payment in full is required within 30 days of date of submission of our invoice(s). Any objection to the submitted invoice(s) must be notified to AMSYCO in writing within 10 working days from the date of submission. Pipe Sample used for the project is required at least one half (%4) meter length with the same diameter, thickness and grade will be provided for the fabrication of MUT calibration block. Minimum Charge per day is applicable for each assigned crew/technician, if the requested works is lesser. Idling charges (when there is no work request) while our technicians are stationed in Jazen will be chargeable at the Minimum Dally Charges for each day except on holidays. 7. Standby time (as incurred by assigned crew) due to whatsoever reasons upon arrival at the worksite 8. OIDIID, Saudi Aramco recommends utilizing three (3) men RT crew in congested areas including live plants, ‘working on elevated height, pipeline trenches for proper monitoring 8. Client has to provide space and assist in the construction of isotope storage pit as requiredimandated by the Saudi Regulatory Authority (KA-CARE) in order to obtain the necessary practice license to operate in Jazan region. Our RSO's will provide the necessary assistances in construction of the pit and approvals from the authorities and Saudi Aramco, 10. GENERAL 44 Client 2. The Client to provide a safe working area and to ensure that no delays occur due to presence of Client's personnel within the restricted area. b. The Client to furnish all permits as required for AMSYCO personnel to perform the work. ©. The Glient representative(s) shall approve all time / job sheets on a daily basis. In the event of any dispute over hours claimad on time sheets / dally work reports, the Client shall immediately notify AMSYCO in writing (fax or @- mail) with details. 4, The Service Contract / Purchase Order tobe signed by the authorized representative ofthe Cent and endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce. 4.2 Amendments and Revisions 2 Any amendments tothe contract / scope of work shall be notified to AMSYCO in vrting and agreed by AMSYCO in \wrting priar to implementation, 4.3 On Site Responsibilities and Risks ‘a. AMSYCO wil take all reasonable precautions to minimize damage to equipment, plant or other property caused by its operations. b. The Client to provide AMSYCO with all information within his possession or knowledge s to the potential ‘occurrence of toxic and hazardous materials at the site being investigated. If unanticipated toxic or hazardous materials are encountered we reserve the right to demobilize our field operations at Client's expense. Remoblization will proceed following consultation with our safety co-coordinator and Client's acceptance of proposed safely measures end fee adjustments, 1.4 Communications All communication between the Client and AMSYCO shall be in wrtng (fax or e-mail). 1.8 Warranty Services performed by AMSYCO will be conducted in a manner consistent with that level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of the profession currently practicing under similar conditions. No other warranty, either ‘expressed or implied, is made or intended by our proposal, contract or reports, 1.6 Liability ‘Our liability to Client for injury or damage to persons or property arising out of work performed for Client and for which legal liability may be found to rest upon us, will be limited to our third party liablity insurance coverage. 2 SPECIFIC 24 Work Requests Al work requests are to be submitted to AMSYCO by Client in writing (fax or e-mail) at least 24-36 hours prior to ‘commencement ofthe work 22 Preparation of the Work The Client is responsible for preparing and cleaning all welds / components prior to NDT by AMSYCO. 23 Identification and Marking ‘The Client is responsible for the proper identification and marking of all welds and joints in readiness for non- destructive testing. The Client accepts full esponsibility for any end all actions or claims arising from the incorrect or improper marking of such welds and joints and furthermore shall indemnify AMSYCO against any and all such actions cor claims arising 24 Submission of Test Reports Under normal circumstances itis AMSYCO practice to submit test reports (and radiographs wherever applicable) to the Client within 24 hours after carrying out the testing 3. INVOICING AND PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 3.4 Payment Terms: ‘Advance Deposit of SR 200,000.00.
