Series D 95 HD

Closing systems

MEYPACK builds five versions of sack sewing machines. The


vital part of all sewing systems is the swing needle sewing
head DOBOY D 95. With the swinging needle principle the point
of the needle follows an elliptical path moving at approximately the same speed as the sack being transported by the conveyor. This eliminates needle hole elongation and gives minimum risk of needle breakage. Further advantages of the swing
needle principle are calm and smooth operation and less
moving parts than with any conventional sewing head. The flattened sack top is guided by carrier chains on all machines.
