Disastrous Dinner

Mrs. Anderson planned a dinner but had a disastrous time when her pets interfered. She bought cream and apples to make a pie for dessert. While she was in the kitchen, her dog and cat watched her from the dining room. When she left the steak on the table and went back to the kitchen, the dog jumped on the chair and looked at the steak longingly. When Mrs. Anderson returned, the dog had jumped down and the cat had jumped on the table, and she screamed when she saw the cat by the food.
