ERP Settings;

Sales Order Type Setting


SPRO Sales and Distribution Sales Sales Document Sales Document
Header Assign Sales Area to Sales Document Types ( Tcode : OVAZ)

In below activity window, maintain required field selection combinations wrt our
Sales Organization

In Assign Sales Order Types permitted for sales areas , create new combination of
Sales Org (0001) : Dist Channel (01) : Div (01) : Sales Ord. Doc (OR)

After above settings, if we create Outbound Delivery after Sales order we will get
following errors:
Error 1: Material HYIL-MAT1 does not exist in storage location HYIL 0001 Message no. VL412.

Error 2: Stor.loc. Was deleted since material is not maintained correctly no. VL245,

Error 3: No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date Message no. VL248 .

Solutions:
Error 1: Maintain correct Storage location HAFS in follow IMG Path (tcode : OVL3)

SPROLogistics Execution Shipping Picking Determine Picking Location


Assign Picking Location (OVL3)
Error2: After settings of Error 1, this error will be solved
Error3: Maintain todays date in Req. Delivery Date & First Date in Sales order

Here by Default Sloc


0001 will be there,
replace with our
defined Sloc. HAFS

Now create Outbound Delivery and it will be distributed to WMS.


After Goods Issue in EWM,check document flow in ERP VL03N
