The Technical Report should be in Times New Roman font, 12 pt font size, 1.5 line spacing,
and should be a minimum of 30 pages and a maximum of 60 pages spiral-bound.

Each chapter heading should be 14 pt size, bold and centralized. The body of each
chapter must be in Times New Roman and 12 pt size.
