FSSC 22000
Certification Food Safety Systems 22000 (FSSC 22000) is a solid system
certification and ISO standards based, internationally accepted auditing and
certification of food safety throughout the supply chain. The FSSC 22000 uses
existing standards IS0 22000, ISO 22003 and technical specifications of the
PPR in the sector, which were developed through a broad and open
consultation with a large number of related organizations. Manufacturers
certified ISO 22000 FSSC 22000 can obtain full certification accepted by the
GFSI meeting the requirements of the technical specifications of the PPR sector
and additional system requirements.
FSSC 22000 is applicable to all food products, food ingredients, and
manufacturers of packaging materials, regardless of size, sector, and
geographic location of the organization.
