Check-in* and how to pick up the keys of your
apartment
1. Please send us an Email with your estimated time of arrival (it
is important to us, in order to schedule arrivals).
2. At the day of your arrival, please call us at +34 677 644 596 (after
10am) once you arrive at the airport/train station or 1 hour before
you arrive to the city to coordinate with the person responsible
for your check-in.
3. The checker will confirm the exact time for the check-in and meet
you in front of the building. He speaks Spanish, English, and
French.
4. *Please remember that check-in is only possible from 17pm.
However, you can call us from 10am in the morning to confirm
your arrival, and drop your luggage or do the earlier check-in if
the cleaning is done. For check-ins after 8pm a supplementary
fee will apply.
(*) Regular check-in time is between 17h and 20h:
It is possible to check-in from 17pm if the apartment is ready. Please call us
when you arrive and we will give you the earliest possible check-in time. The
person in charge of check-in will inform you about the exact check-in time
according to his schedule.
Check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays are subject to an extra charge of
30. Late check-ins (after 8pm) have an extra charge of 30; after midnight
it will be 50 plus 10 per additional hour.
Check-out**
1. At the time of checking in to your apartment you have to inform the
checker about your check-out time.
2. For check out, just leave the keys on the table, close the door and
leave the apartment.
(**) Check-out is at 11am at the latest. If you prefer a later, or earlier
check-out time, please ask us to know if it possible (if possible you
might have to pay an extra fee).
Cleaning Fee
1. The cleaning is made before the check-in and after the check-out.
2. The cleaning fee is mandatory; it includes sheets and towels for your
stay.
3. The agency reserves the right to conduct the apartment
cleaning until 17:00 on the day of check-in.
Security deposit (refundable)
1. The deposit is refundable at check-out if you have paid in cash; or a
few days after your departure if you have paid with credit card.
2. If your deposit was paid through a website, this website is
responsible for the refund.

Transport
To get from the airport to the apartment there are 3 ways that we
recommend:
Taxi: This is the most practical and comfortable way. Approximate
retail value of the trip is between 30 and 40 and usually takes
between 25 and 35 min, depending on traffic.

AeroBus: Airport has a shuttle bus that connects it to the city center
(Plaza Espaa / Gran Via / Plaza Catalua. The price is 5,90 per
journey and can be purchased on the bus without prior reserving.
The journey takes about 40 minutes and runs between 5:00 am

Train: This is the most economical but also the slowest way. The
train leaves from T2 (Teminal 2) Prat Airport and stops at
Barcelona Sants and Barcelona Passeig de Gracia. For this trip
you can use normal bus and metro tickets having an individual
value of 2.15 or the 10 trips ticket (T-10) for 10.30 . The
