NOTICE OF APPEAL
The accused-appellant JOCELYN NACARIO DE PEDRO,
through counsel, respectfully states that:
1. The 21st Division of the Court of Appeals promulgated the
Decision on 30 July 2014 affirming the sentence of life
imprisonment and holding the accused Ms. Jocelyn Nacario de
Pedro liable for moral and exemplary damages of
Php500,000.00 and Php100,000, respectively;
2. The decision being adverse to Ms. Jocelyn Nacario de Pedro,
counsel manifests its intention to appeal the said decision.
3. The appeal is grounded on pure questions of law.
4. The appellate docket fees have been paid as evidenced by the
Official Receipt No. 12345 (attached).
5. This notice of appeal is filed within the reglementary period.
