Checking your application package:
In order to be considered valid and complete, your application package must
include:
1) The complete application form, saved in the following format:
FirstNameLastNameApplication.doc;
2) 1 copy of your international passports identification page, save in the
following format: FirstNameLastNamePassport.pdf
3) Your Resume, in English, maximum 2 pages, saved in the following format:
FirstNameLastNameResume.doc
If your application package is not complete or not saved according to the proper
format, it will not be reviewed.
Submitting your Application package:
You need to send your Application package by email to info@iycajk.org by
11:59 PM (New York time) on 20 February 2015 at the very latest. The title
line of your email needs to be your first name followed by your last name.
Example: JohnSmith. Application packages received after this deadline will not be
considered.
Feedback process
All applications will be reviewed by the organizers. On 1st of March 2015, only the
selected participant will be contacted and informed about the next steps in
logistical arrangements (check guidelines).
Applicants that are not selected will receive a generic message at the start of
March 2015.
