5 Micron Polypropylene Sediment Filter removes
larger particles & suspended matter such as dirt, silt,
rust, sand, algae, sediment, scale particles, dirt and
cloudiness from water.
Stage 2
Activated alumina Used for fltering out fuoride,
arsenic and selenium in drinking water. It is made of
aluminum oxide (alumina; AhO,), the same chemical
substance as sapphire and rubies (but without the
impurities that give those gems their color). It has a
very high surface-area-to-weight ratio. That means
it has a lot of very small pores, almost like tunnels,
that run throughout it.

NSF-approved Kinetic Degradation Fluxion (KDF), a
