1. Diet
Foods to avoid: refined sugars and natural sugars, dried fruits, fruit juice, yeast and yeast
containing foods, all alcoholic beverages, malt products, foods containing vinegar,
processed and smoked meats, mushrooms, milk products including all cheeses, sour
cream, buttermilk and milk, with the exception of yogurt containing live bacterial
cultures.
High starch foods such as pasta, white flour products, white rice and potatoes, should be
cut back or eliminated and replaced with whole grain foods, non-yeast breads, alternative
grains, such as buckwheat, amaranth, kamut, !uinoa, spelt, barley, rye, or millet", and
low starch vegetables.
#rapes and all melons have molds on their skins that help them ripen, and should be
avoided. $itrus fruits may need to be avoided also, as they tend to be worse than other
fruits due to high acid content. %t may be necessary to cut out all fruits for a time, until
symptoms are more under control, and then add back in only small amounts.
Foods to eat: all vegetables & the lower the starch, the better, whole grain foods, meats,
eggs, olive oil and other high-!uality oil, nuts and seeds, soya, rice, oat, or nut milks but
watch out for milks with lots of sugars added & refined or natural".

refined sugar.
2. Killing off the Candida

or barberry, #erman chamomile, ginger, thyme, oregano, gentian, rosemary, mathake tea,

probiotic product is recommended during and after use.
