Welcome to Honors Geometry for the year 2014-2015! Below please find a summary of the course.

should #e a two-inch three-rin) #inder desi)ned for hea+y use, this #inder should #e

Homewor$% Homewor$ is assi)ned after each class and will #e due when our ne"t class meets.
LATE HOMEWORK IS NOT ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT. 's a )eneral rule- your
homewor$ should #e completed within one-half hour to forty-fi+e minutes. 'nyone who
is spendin) more than one-hour on an assi)nment needs to see$ e"tra help for a #etter
understandin) of the material.

wor$. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW ALL WORK, CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN.

'#sence% /f you missed a class for any reason >student council- #and- sports- class trip- illness-

your student hand#oo$. 8tudents with e"tended a#sences due to serious illness should
consult me as to a schedule for ma$in) up missed wor$, / will consult with a family

0rior to a school-related a#sence such as a #and trip or student council- / must #e
notified prior to the scheduled date of the acti+ity.

Howe+er- e"tended a#sences in a se(uential course such as Geometry will ad+ersely
affect comprehension of the material and- therefore- your )rade. Within reason- please
try to #e in class.
