1. No person shall be imprisoned for debt or non-payment of a
poll tax [Art. III Sec 20]
2. Debt
2.1. efers to any ci!il obli"ations arisin" from contracts# express or
implied.
2.2. No distinction is made in the $onstit%tion and may th%s incl%de
