Dear Applicant PEB has prepared this guide to help you in your application. You may also contact us at 62229293. There are two parts to the application process: 1) 2) Submit online application and payment Submit documents as listed in the checklist to PEB in person (Note: For an applicant who is retaking the exam, you may submit the documents as per the checklist via registered post/courier service.) Before you proceed to apply to sit for Fundamentals of Engineering Examination (FEE), please check and ensure that you have obtained an approved qualification. You may refer to Professional Engineers (Approved Qualifications) Notification 2009 at http://app.peb.gov.sg/pereg_fee.aspx. For more details on exam times and dates, format, syllabus etc, you may refer to Information for Applicants Fundamentals of Engineering Examination at http://app.peb.gov.sg/apply_fee.aspx. Online Application Please take note of the following during the online application process:
The online application form should take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete. All entries are to be made in Title Case (i.e. Capitalize Each Word).

Step 4 Summary of Education All fields indicated with * are mandatory. On field with dropdown list, please make the appropriate section. Please begin with your first Engineering qualification, for example, Diploma in Engineering from Polytechnic. Please do not put in non-Engineering related qualification. Step 5 Other Requirements Please indicate the branch of engineering for the examination. You are required to download, complete and submit the following documents to PEB: a. Confirmation of Modular/Academic Credit Units include those from the polytechnic, if any, which add to the total credit units leading to your award of Bachelor degree. b. Verification of academic qualification one each for Bachelor, Master and PhD degree (if any) as per qualification listed in the Summary of Education. c. Step 6 Preview Application This section allows you to check and edit your information before submitting the online application. Step 7 e-Payment This section allows you to pay your application fee by e-payment. Step 8 Complete This is the final part of the online application process. Please save a copy of the application/receipt in PDF or other formats for your own record, and print a hardcopy for submission to PEB in person together with other documents specified in step 5. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR APPLICATION/RECEIPT LATER IF YOU DO NOT SAVE/PRINT A COPY AT THIS STEP. You would receive an email acknowledgement to your successful application done online.
If you are not able to print the application and receipt or did not receive a copy of email acknowledgement for your online application, please email to registrar@peb.gov.sg for assistance. Submission to PEB Listed documents in checklist are to reach PEB within a week after online application. PEB will not be able to proceed with further processing of your application until we have received all required documents. For submission via post or courier service (retake cases), PEB will not be held responsible or liable in relation to any loss, damage, delay, non-delivery documents, etc. You will be informed of the status of your application by post once your application has been processed. Further information on venue and other examination details will be sent to you later by post at least two weeks before the examination.
