NOTES TO CANDIDATES A. B. Headings to questions are for ease of identification only and do not form part of the questions. The number of multiple choice questions and short questions are as follows: (1) Section A Twenty six (26) multiple choice questions worth 2 marks each. It is suggested that each multiple choice question should be answered in approximately - 1 minute. Section B Six (6) short questions worth 8 marks each. It is suggested that each short question should be answered in approximately 10 minutes.

All Multiple Choice Questions and Short Questions are compulsory. The total mark is 100. The overall pass mark is 55. Marks will be assessed to whole unit. No fraction of one unit will be given. Refer also to INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES which were issued to you in advance.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA Candidate is expected to demonstrate his/her acquisition of practical skills and theoretical knowledge in quantity surveying at the technical level and the ability to correctly and precisely express his/her understanding on some specific areas of quantity surveying practice at the technical level.
