Programme Overview 2013

Tuesday 22nd, October - Craft Day Information detailing when to bring in exhibits for Craft Day was included in the newsletter sent home on Tuesday 15th October. judged between 1.303.00pm on Tuesday 22nd October. The hall will then be open for public viewing on Tuesday 22nd from 3.15pm until 5.45pm and in the morning on Wednesday 23rd. ( p lease note correction of dates from previous newsletter ) . Wednesday 23rd, October - Livestock Day 9.00am-12.30pm 9.00am 10.00am 10.30am 10.30am-12.30pm 12.30pm 1.40pm Public viewing in the hall of Craft Day exhibits. Judging of the cats and other small pets. INTERVAL Judging of dogs, calves, lambs, kids. Top Team Activities. LUNCH Top Team finals. All exhibits will be

After the Livestock day has concluded:


Students, with livestock, whose parents are present
They may collect their craft day entries and go home with their parents.

After Top Team:


All students who remain at school:
Return to class and wait to be called to collect indoor exhibits. N.B.

Cats and small pets must be caged, may be viewed after 10.30am
and may be collected and taken home at lunch time.

All Dogs need a container of water, leash, rug etc to sit on.
Dogs must be collected and taken home at lunchtime.

Programme Detail for Livestock Day - Wednesday 23rd October:


8.30am 9.00am 10.00am 10.00am 10.30am All pets and cats to the science lab. Judging of cats and pets. All dogs to be secured to the boundary fence on the hockey field on Elizabeth Ave. Student Interval. Morning tea for judges, sponsors and staff. Judging of dogs, calves, lambs & kids. Top Team programme begins. 10.00 -1.30pm BBQ, coffee truck & cold drinks will be available to the public. 12.30pm 1.40pm Student Lunch time ( sausage sizzle will be available ) .

Top Team Finals:


1.40pm on the grass by the 200m track.
Friday 25th, October 9.15am Prizegiving for all Livestock & Craft Day entries in the school hall. Families are welcome to attend.

Official luncheon for judges and staff.
