This project is on TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT. Human resource development has in recent years become the focus of attention of planners, policy makers and administrators. Human resource development may be defined as the process of increasing the knowledge, skills and capacities of people. It is important not only for an enterprise but for a nation to develop its human resources. A country can develop only when its human resources are developed through health, nutrition, education, training and research. To increase knowledge of business function and operation training and development is essential. It is essential to train and develop executives who can succeed as manager of today.
