A.) Coffee Kind of Coffee Coffee Arabica- This coffee is considered to have a better flavor than Robusta. Coffee Robusta- Compared to Arabic, robusta tends to be bitter and with less flavor.

Coffee Liberica- it is used as a variety in the Philippines. Coffee Esliaca- indigenous to Liberia and southern sudan.

B.) Tea Is a type of non-alcoholic beverage made by steeping processed leaves in a hot water for a few minutes to extract the flavors. Different types of Tea: Black Tea- The tea leaves are allowed to completely ferment or oxidize. Oolong Tea- Oxidation or fermentation is stopped somewhere between green and black tea. Green Tea- Oxidation process is stopped after a minimal amount of oxidation by application of heat. White Tea- It uses a low heat and no rolling process so that it would not burn.

C.) Smoothies And Mocktails Smoothies are blended nonalcoholic mixed drink made up of liquid milk fresh fruits or

vegetables, fruits or vegetable juice, and other ingredients.
