The very first thing that should be considered is the huge health risk that the oil spill represents to everyone in the area. Already there are reports of people falling sick due to the toxic fumes, and other factors related to the petro chemicals in the air and water. Say nothing of the contamination of the ground water that is pumped into the plumbing systems. Another health factor to consider are the long term issues that may take years to arise before something is done about them. One only has to remember the Vietnam Agent Orange: sickness that spread like wildfire throughout the veteran community years after the war e nded. This oil spill could very well spawn a new wave of sickness and health problems in the years to come. Lets also talk about resisting the declaration of Martial Law, if it should come down to that At last report it was estimated that FEMA would have to evacuate 40 million people to safe areas. FORTY MILLION I SAID! Hell they couldnt evacuate New Orleans in time, and theres no hope in hell that they will have the ability or resources to make forty million people move out of the area.

Where are they going to send them? Who will feed them? Where will the be resettled? How will they operate a school system for the children? Who will protect the private property in the affected areas from looters and criminals?
These are just some of the very basic questions that must be asked before taking up the heavy rifles and preparing for an armed encounter. Anything less than that would be plain silly. Lets take this a step closer to an actual shooting war Suppose (for example) that you decide to get involved in a shooting war with troops and law enforcement that are trying to evacuate the areathen what? Will you pick up the rifle and start taking pot shots at these guys? Is that enough of a provocation to start a second revolution in this country? 1.) Have you taken care of the security and safety of your immediate family members? If not, stay out of this then! If you havent moved your

better be ready for bothbecause that is very likely the outcome when the chips fall where they will. We can see evidence of this in the way law enforcement operations are executed and carried out, and later the way that the criminal prosecutions are handed down. Its never a pretty picture. So, after thinking about these questions, if you havent taken the time to consider the answers you will probably not have the ability to get involved in this type of war. It would be better if you sit this one out, and watch from the sidelines, at least until the tide of battle, and public opinion turns back to the militias, otherwise you are just screwed. Lets face facts folks. Dont allow somebody else to put YOUR neck on the chopping block. Pick your own battles, and choose your own sides. The fact is that many people out there are living pay check to pay check. Mobilizing and travelling to another state is out of the question for most people these days. Mortgage have to be paid, time clocks punched, and groceries put on the table. In a war like this, one cant simple take a weeks vacation and then come home after fighting the good fight. Its a little more complicated than that. It requires a serious amount of planning, rehearsing, and training. This isnt something that you can just run Helter-Skelter into, and expect to emerge unscathed a few weeks laterit doesnt work like that at all! Family Security Group (FSG)

By Franke ScheinJune 2010 As I have stated time and time again, before one embarks on any grand adventure out there in the real world, it first becomes absolutely necessary that militia families are removed from the battle area. That goes without saying No militia unit will be effective if its members are constantly worried about the safety and welfare of its respective families. I doubt that many militia members would show up until that task has been accomplished. But, there remains the question of where to take them, and what happens to them during the protracted war the men-folk are off fighting.

Brought to the Rally Point . The entire family group moves out to a pre-prepared area away from town, and a temporary camp is set up. Within a matter of 2-4 hours, each family member is transported to different areas. No more than two families are sent to the same sympathetic family, and the other families have no idea where everyone is being dispersed to. That way, it keeps everyone safe in the event one family is discovered. I would argue against sending these families to live in the woods. The chance of discovery is greater due to the technology out there, and expecting young children to adapt to living in tents for months at a time is probably a bad idea. Its better to arrange host families to shelter the families, and also to provide food and other supplies to these host families. No matter what happenseach family must somehow be able to maintain written communications with their loved ones. Its imperative that militia families remain close and tighteven during times of war. It starts with something as simple as a militia group having a family picnic. Certain members of the group are given the very important job of establishing a Family Rally Point, and securing it. These people have the job of insuring that every family member is evacuated from the battle area, and dispersed throughout various safe area. Safe areas could be militia sympathetic families that live in another state, or another county. But none the less, these host families must also be prepared to weather the storm. One of the more important factor to consider is long term food supplies. I would recommend that each militia unit stockpile at least one years worth of food and other supplies for emergency events. These supplies should be dispersed over a large area controlled by the FSG. Stockpiles that can be drawn upon when the SHTF.
