Luminous has been designated by NIC and signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with OCAC as the official content service provider to upgrade & maintain state Portal of Orissa (www.orissa.gov.in) , National Portal of India (www.India.gov.in) and other web portals related to Govt. of Orissa.Apart from working with most of the departments of Govt. of Orissa, Luminous is working with Govt. of Jharkhand & Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh for maintaining their state portals on National portal of India.. In 2003 2004, we signed up as channel partner with Satyam Computer Services Ltd (2 billion dollar MNC) for being a partner to provide solutions to Fortune10 Company.

services being provided by the various Indian Government entities. This Portal is Mission Mode Project under the National E-Governance Plan. (Refer below figure):
