Objective of the study


To study the satisfaction level of consumers towards the NOKIA Mobile in Moradabad. To know the most satisfactory feature of nokia mobile phones.

A news article in The Times Of India Title :-Nokia tops Smartphone sales in India: Report Published on :-24-jan-2012 Total mobile handset shipments in India touched nearly 166 million units during the first eleven months of the 2011 calendar year, with Finnish handset maker Nokia accounting for a 30.7 per cent slice of the market.

Research methodology
Descriptive research :-Descriptive research includes surveys and fact-finding enquiries of different kinds. The major purpose of descriptive research is description of the state of affairs as it exists at present. The main characteristic of this method is that the researcher has no control over the variables. Primary data collection :- in this research questionnaire method of data collection will be used which is one of the best method of primary data collection.

Consumers are satisfied with nokia mobile phones. Most of the respondents are using nokias multimedia mobile phones.
